Terms of Use

We clearly explain the basic rules regarding accounts, licensing and usage permissions when using EMA Tab Audio Recorder.

Core principle

EMA should be used responsibly and only with content the user is authorized to record.

Quick summary
Users are responsible for complying with third-party platform terms, copyright and intellectual-property rules.

1) Authorized use

  • EMA should only be used with content that may legally or contractually be recorded.
  • Users are responsible for considering the rules and terms of the third-party services they use.
  • Users are responsible for any intellectual-property, copyright or similar rights violations.

2) Account and licensing logic

  • Free trial allowances, active licenses and possible usage limits are managed on an account basis.
  • License sharing, unauthorized duplication or attempts to bypass license controls may result in account restrictions.
  • Updates and license assignments made through the administration panel are authoritative.

3) Support and updates

EMA infrastructure is managed by NGEDIA. Updates, maintenance and technical changes may be made to improve user experience.

Developed and supported by NGEDIA
The product interface, user panel, license management and support communication are managed under the same brand infrastructure.

4) Pricing and sales

When paid plans are activated, pricing, duration, refund and payment terms will be announced separately. At this stage, account creation and trial access form the foundation of the system.
