We clearly explain what data may be processed for account, licensing and basic usage while using EMA Tab Audio Recorder.

NGEDIA approach

Our goal is to provide a trustworthy structure that avoids unnecessary data collection and clearly explains account and licensing logic.

Quick summary
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sensitive content data that is not technically necessary is not intentionally stored on the server.

1) Information that may be collected

  • Full name, email address and secure password hash data for account creation and sign-in.
  • License status, trial allowance, active/inactive usage authorization and technical usage records.
  • Limited session and transaction logs for security, troubleshooting and service continuity.

2) Approach to audio recordings

The EMA infrastructure is designed to manage accounts and licensing. It is not intended to unnecessarily upload or centrally store recorded audio content.

Important note
Where possible, audio conversion and download operations are handled on the client side. The server may keep limited metadata such as domain, requested duration and output format when required for license validation.

3) Data protection

  • Passwords are not stored in plain text; they are stored using secure hashing.
  • License or API-related tokens are not left directly readable; security is prioritized.
  • The technical infrastructure follows a minimum-data approach and keeps only what is necessary for the service to operate.
